Thank you for choosing Akashic Alchemy. This policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for all services and offerings.
1. Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely through Stripe via MemberSpace. Depending on the offering, payment plans may be available at checkout. All payment plan terms are outlined at the time of purchase. Pricing is clearly listed for each offering and may be updated at any time.
2. Refund Policy for Direct Work (Soul Sovereignty Package & Integrated Intensive)
All sales are final for direct one-on-one work. No refunds are offered once payment has been made.
This policy exists because the nature of this work begins at the moment of intention. When payment is received, energy begins moving in your Akashic Records in preparation for our session — regardless of when that session takes place. For this reason, refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed, even if your session has not yet occurred.
If you have a concern about your booking, please reach out before filing a payment dispute. We are always willing to work through any issues directly.
3. Refund Policy for the Soul Realignment Course
A 5-day refund window is available from the date of purchase. If you decide within that period that this course is not the right fit, you may request a full refund by contacting us at tc@akashicalchemy.com.
After 5 days, all sales are final. Course content is released progressively, and refunds are not available once the refund window has passed.
4. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled session may not be accommodated. We will do our best to find an alternative time that works for both of us.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session, and missed appointments, are non-refundable. If you are running late, please reach out — sessions may need to be shortened out of respect for scheduling, and full fees still apply.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at tc@akashicalchemy.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and transparently.
7. Service Disclaimer
All services offered by Akashic Alchemy are intended for personal growth, spiritual insight, and guidance. Results are individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
8. Exceptions
In cases of verified technical errors, duplicate charges, or service unavailability on our end, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.
